Pay Membership Application Fees
Return the completed Membership Application Form(s) above, along with the non-refundable application fee of $175 for Vocational Evangelists or $150 for Bi-Vocational Evangelists. If accepted, your application fee will be applied to your first year’s membership dues. This fee also covers the cost of the background check.
