Membership shall be available to all Southern Baptist Evangelists who:
1. Notify, in writing, the Secretary-Treasurer’s office of their decision to enter full time evangelism.
2. Complete membership requirements and membership application form.
3. Pay the initial dues.
4. Are approved by COSBE.
